What we are doing to ensure everyone’s safety;

Limiting the number of people in clinic & maintaining 2m/6ft physical distance whenever possible.

Additional courses in Infection Prevention and Control (RMT).

Staff completes Covid-19 self-screening prior to each shift.

What you can do to ensure safety;

COMPLETE MANDATORY COVID-19 screening survey through Jane App - emailed to you 6 hrs prior to appointment..

Bring/wear a face mask for your appointment (or we can provide one for $1.00).

You are requested to wear mask during “face up” treatments.

Maintain Physical Distancing as much as possible. Wait outside (in vehicle) or in the hallway until just prior to your appointment before entering clinic space.

Use hand sanitizing stations or wash hands upon entering clinic spaces.

Additional screening questions will be asked upon arrival at the clinic.

If you have symptoms of COVID–19 your appointment will be cancelled at no cost. You will be directed to self-isolate & complete the online self-assessment tool

E-transfer payments are preferred (however, cash and cheque will still be accepted). Set up in advance using email address- sarahmcrmt@outlook.com.

Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals committed to restoring and maintaining optimal health and pain free function of the body. They are educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with techniques that include massage and manual therapy, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and rehabilitative exercises such as stretching, strengthening, postural exercise, and client education.

Sarah is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her passion for health and fitness motivated her to explore the field of manual healthcare. She left her long time career, as an Autism and Behaviour Therapist, to pursue an education in Massage Therapy. Sarah hopes to inspire others to achieve overall wellness by helping clients prevent injury and promote quicker recovery, as well as, maintain ideal physical and mental functioning.

Sarah uses a combined approach including General Swedish Massage, as well as, advanced techniques such as cupping, facilitated stretching, fascial release & scar tissue reduction, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. She aspires to continually add to her knowledge and skills in the future with additional courses in fascial stretching and eventually osteopathy.

In addition to a diploma in Massage Therapy, Sarah also has degrees in Psychology and Education.  When she is not working, you can find her at the local CrossFit gym or training for any number of physical fitness events!  She also enjoys spending time with her family, new puppy, and senior cat.
